ENMAX is Ponoka’s New Electricity Provider

On June 1, ENMAX Energy became the new Regulated Rate Option (default) provider of electricity.   EPCOR will provide one last bill covering the period up to June 1 and after that you can expect to get your bills from ENMAX.  Customers are requested to carefully review their contact information on their first bill and advise ENMAX of any changes. Payment information will also be included on bill.  Individual account numbers will change with the takeover, and any customers who previously paid using automated banking withdrawals will need to contact ENMAX to set up these services again. For anyone who used Canada Post’s e-post service, it’s simply a matter of updating personal account information.
